Hope Air is a national charity that supports Canadians in financial need, who must travel for a healthcare appointment far from Home. Hope Air assists both patients and required caregivers with free flights, accommodations, meals and arrival airport Uber ground transportation.

Hope Air arranges medical travel support for Canadians in financial need. Our programs assist patients travelling far to reach specialty medical care. Program availability and eligibility varies based upon province of residence.

To find out if you are eligible for travel support you need to visit their website and answer three very simple questions before you may apply:
– Do you have a confirmed medical appointment that requires you to travel long distance?
– Is your medical specialist appointment covered under your provincial health plan?
– Are you in financial need based on household income, size, and medical travel costs?
If the answers to all 3 are ‘Yes’, then they’ll accept your application.
